By accessing or playing Occupier ("the Game"), a real-time space strategy game where players occupy planets and send armies to battle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

You may need to create an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to: - Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. - Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or other players' accounts. - Use the Game for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing purpose. - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Game, except where permitted by law.

Any planets, armies, resources, or other in-game content have no real-world monetary value, are not transferable outside the Game, and are not redeemable for cash. We may modify, remove, or reset in-game content at any time as part of normal game balancing or maintenance.

All game assets, code, graphics, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of in-game progress or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
